INCORRECT/DEFECTIVE ITEMS RECEIVED
In the case of a defect or incorrect item received, kindly dm us on Instagram (@pistachio.club) and state your order number and a clear snapshot of the defect followed by a description of the issue.
To be eligible for defective exchange/ return, the item must be in its original conditions received and remains in its original packaging (unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered, with tags intact etc.)
Any defective exchange/ return requested after the timeframe of 3 days of receiving your order will not be accepted.
WHAT CONSTITUTES AS A DEFECT?
- Missing buttons/ buckles
- Broken zip
- Open seams/ holes
All reasons listed below are NOT considered defects:
- We advise that all items are to be hand-washed and not soaked. We do not guarantee that the items will not be altered (colour runs, size shrinks, etc.) after washed or soaked, and if this happens, Pistachio Club will not be responsible and no return request due to this reason will be entertained.
- There may be a 1 - 3cm difference in our given measurements due to mass production.
- Please allow slight variation in the product color due to lighting and different monitor resolutions
- Items with minor imperfections (loose thread, crease marks, slight dotted stains, misaligned buttons, etc.) which do not affect the overall appearance of the item will not be considered a defect.
'Defects' that do not affect the overall appearance of the apparels when worn will not be considered as defects and, consequently, will not qualify for exchange/ refund.
